The client required an app for diabetic patients to track their medication and medical devices, with an easy sign-up process and a system for monitoring their health data.
Managing medication, appointments, and calendar events can be hard for medical patients. Tracking this data can be time-consuming. I came to help improve a new medical apps’ usability and efficiency to solve this problem.
We contacted doctors and patients to understand their tracking needs and conducted a survey to gather additional data. I also researched and found studies that helped identify pain points and user problems.
I want to display the selected and unselected actions, such as taking medication.
I generated high-level designs and made the app user-friendly for prescribers, patients, and caregivers. Then, I created a low-resolution mockup for team discussions and stakeholder meetings. We then decided on this flow to show the client. The client was super excited.
Even though I wasn’t present during the product launch, it appears that it received excellent press coverage. It’s satisfying to witness a product being released into the market after extensive research, planning, and testing. It’s like watching it spread its wings and soar high.
